    • In the same condition as received
  • Products that are damaged, used, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Medical consumables (e.g., needles, syringes, gloves, masks)
  • Opened or used aesthetic/dermatology products
  • Sterile items once opened
  • Customized or special-order products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear photos/videos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
  • Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer (if applicable)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return conditions will apply.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Gulf Care Tr LLC.
