- Sterile items once opened
- Customized or special-order products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photos/videos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
- Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellation

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return conditions will apply.
